The Bliss Woods Club Homeowners Association is an association of 165 single family homes governed by a board of directors elected by the residents.  The mission is to properly manage the assets of the Association as well as to preserve the safety and integrity of our neighborhood through fair and consistent decisions affecting all property owners.

We usually have 4 meetings a year which all residents are encouraged to attend.  Please look at the MEETINGS page for the next meeting date, time and location.

The Homeowners Association Board occasionally uses Block Captains to contact residents in a timely manner.  In the past they have been used to obtain information for the subdivision directory and have collected ballots for Covenant Amendment voting.  If you would like to volunteer as a Block Captain, please contact us at info@blisswoods.org.
